Sandra Vetrano, MSW

Hello, I’m Sandra. I know that starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you have experienced trauma, overwhelming stress, life transitions, or just everyday struggles. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can move at your own pace while building insight, practical skills, and meaningful change.

 

For over a decade, I have worked with individuals, adolescents, and children, many of whom have experienced trauma or significant life stressors. I take a client-centered, collaborative approach, working alongside you to identify tools and strategies that fit your life, your values, and your goals. My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care, and I integrate various approaches such as ACT, CBT, and DBT to support emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and foster personal growth.

 

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Georgia in 2023, and I combine usable, real-life skills with compassion, so therapy feels comfortable, supportive, and empowering. My work is guided by connection, dignity, respect, and individualized care for each person.

 

When I’m not with clients, you might find me hiking the Appalachian Trail, discovering new paths, camping, watching sunsets, or chasing waterfalls. I bring that same sense of curiosity and purpose into our work together.
