Therapist
Hey! I’m Tiffany and I’m so excited to walk alongside you as you take this next brave step forward. If you’re feeling a little unsure or thinking, “Do I really need therapy?”—you’re not alone. It can feel like a big step, but it’s also one of the best ways to prioritize your growth and wellbeing.
I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Florida State University and am certified in Perinatal Mental Health. I have over five years of experience in social services working with women, children, and families. As a single mom of a young adult in college, I understand the twists and turns (and occasional chaos) of life, and I bring that perspective to my work.
I have a passion for supporting women, adolescents, and young adults through life’s many transitions—the “Who am I? What am I even doing? Why is this so hard?” moments that tend to show up with role shifts, motherhood, parenting, pregnancy, and the postpartum period. My work with middle and high school adolescents and college students is centered on challenges with anxiety, depression, identity development, friendships, and all the changes that come with growing up - because, let’s be honest, the future can feel pretty scary sometimes.
I lean on a mix of CBT, DBT, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative and play therapy. I believe deeply in the complexity of the human experience and that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. My therapy style is person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. You can expect our therapy sessions to be non-judgemental, collaborative and interactive – we’re in this together! I blend evidence-based practices with authenticity, humor, and real conversation. I’m also big on helping clients connect with practical resources and supports that can improve their lives both inside and outside of therapy.
Most importantly, I want you to know that you matter and you are not alone! Together, we’ll work on establishing healthy boundaries, identifying and managing emotions, boosting self-esteem, finding balance, and helping you embrace change so that you can confidently keep moving forward. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exercising, traveling, reading, playing with my mini schnauzer, and watching mystery shows. So glad you are here and looking forward to meeting you!
Tiffany is under clinical supervision, working toward independent licensure with Georgia state licensing requirements.
