My aim is to facilitate a safe space for you to genuinely be yourself as we explore and navigate towards your personal life goals. Life is filled with challenges. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, substance abuse, or adjusting to a major life change, I’m here to walk alongside you in your journey.

 

My theoretical approach is generally person-centered, and I incorporate various other techniques and approaches into therapy depending on your individual needs and ambitions.
