Darrell Reynolds, MS, CMAC, CAMSII

Certified Addictions Counselor | Recovery & Behavioral Support Specialist
I am passionate about helping individuals and families navigate substance use challenges, recovery, behavioral change, and personal growth. With over 20 years of experience, a Master’s degree in Psychology, and extensive training in addiction services, I bring both professional knowledge and lived experience to the work I do.
My focus is on supporting adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are facing alcohol and drug-related concerns, relapse risks, anger-related behaviors, parenting struggles, life stressors, and personal challenges that may impact daily functioning and relationships. I work from a supportive, practical, and motivational approach that helps people identify where they are, where they want to go, and what steps can help them move forward.
My style is centered on motivation, empowerment, encouragement, understanding, and connection. I believe change begins when people feel seen, heard, and supported—without judgment, assumptions, or shame. My goal is to help individuals build stronger coping tools, healthier habits, greater self-awareness, and a realistic path toward long-term recovery and personal success.
I provide support through:
-
Alcohol and drug assessments and evaluations
-
Substance use support services
-
Recovery and relapse prevention planning
-
Psychoeducational recovery groups
-
Anger management services
-
Emotional regulation and life skills support
-
Family education around addiction and recovery
-
Accountability, motivation, and behavioral support
-
Early intervention and community-based services
What makes this work especially meaningful to me is the personal mission behind it. After surviving a drunk driving accident in 1994, I credit a stranger with helping save my life in a critical moment. That experience became a turning point—and a calling. Now, with 26 years of sobriety, I have devoted my life to helping others find healing, direction, and the support they need to create lasting change.
I believe no one is too far gone, too stuck, or too broken to begin again. My goal is to provide a safe, honest, and encouraging space where individuals can feel supported as they work toward recovery, growth, and lasting transformation.
I am looking forward to working with you! Please feel free to reach out.
