With over ten years of dedicated service to children, teenagers, and individuals, I am a passionate advocate for mental wellness. My journey in psychology has been defined by a commitment to providing compassionate support to those navigating emotional and psychological challenges.

 

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of assisting clients with a variety of needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, relationship issues, identity exploration, self-care, and communication difficulties, among others. Each individual's journey is unique, and I approach therapy with a tailored, holistic perspective, recognizing the importance of addressing both the symptoms and underlying causes of distress.

 

Central to my therapeutic approach is the belief that fostering a safe, non-judgmental space is essential for healing and growth. I prioritize building trusting and affirming relationships with my clients, recognizing that the foundation of effective psychotherapy lies in mutual respect and genuine empathy. Currently, I am in the process of obtaining licensure in Georgia, furthering my commitment to professional excellence and ethical practice. I am dedicated to staying abreast of the latest research and therapeutic modalities, ensuring that my clients receive the highest standard of care.
