Ericka Hoye, LMSW

Therapist
Hi! I'm Ericka.
I am passionate about helping children and adolescents navigate life's challenges while building the confidence, emotional awareness, and healthy coping skills they need to thrive. I believe that childhood and adolescence are important times for growth and self-discovery, and I feel honored to support young people as they develop resilience and learn to manage the ups and downs of life.
I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from Georgia State University in 2016 and my Master of Social Work from University of Georgia in 2020. In 2022, I became a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Georgia.
My therapeutic style is rooted in a person-centered approach, where I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for each individual I work with. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing practical tools to create meaningful and lasting change.
I am passionate about mental wellness and committed to helping individuals move toward a healthier, more balanced place in their lives. I believe in meeting clients where they are, honoring their unique experiences, and empowering them to grow at a pace that feels right for them.
When I'm not working, you'll often find me spending time with family and friends at the lake, cheering on my nephews at their sporting events, or enjoying a quiet afternoon crocheting.
I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your journey toward healing, growth, and wellness.
Ericka is under clinical supervision, working toward independent licensure in compliance with Georgia state licensing requirements.
