Therapist

Sessions offered in English & Hebrew | Licensed in Georgia & Florida

Hey! I’m Nitsan, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified

Counselor (NCC). I work with people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or disconnected find clarity, confidence, and direction. My style is warm, honest, and collaborative. In our

sessions, you can expect a mix of real conversation, practical tools, and space to

explore who you are and who you want to become.

I specialize in working with clients who are navigating anxiety, chronic stress, trauma,

ADHD, selfesteem challenges, boundarysetting, and major life transitions. Many

of my clients come to me feeling exhausted from trying to “hold it all together” on their

own. Together, we slow things down, identify what’s really going on, and create a plan

that feels doable and empowering.'

My approach is structured but flexible. Here’s what working together looks like:

Identify the problem(s)/barrier

We explore what’s happening beneath the surface- the patterns, beliefs, emotions, and stressors that are affecting your daily life.

Create a collaborative treatment plan

We decide together what your goals are and how we’ll get there. I use evidence-based therapies like CBT, REBT, DBT, and other evidence-based techniques to help you build insight and practical skills.

Support you as you reach your goals

I help you develop coping strategies, strengthen boundaries, improve emotional regulation, and build a more confident, grounded version of yourself. You’ll leave sessions with tools you can use in real life, not just in the therapy room.

I’m a person-centered therapist, which means I offer a nonjudgmental, accepting space

where you can show up exactly as you are. I don’t believe in a onesizefitsall approach.

What works for one person may not work for another and that’s okay! We’ll find what

works for you. I work with children (ages 12+) and adults. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, burnout, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem or cultural transitions, I’m here to help you feel more

grounded and in control.

As a bilingual immigrant and mother of twins, I bring a multicultural lens and open-

mindedness to my work. I understand how culture, identity, language, and lived experience shape the way we think, feel, and relate to others. I’ve worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and believe deeply in honoring each person’s unique story.

My professional experience includes hospital and inpatient settings, outpatient and

community mentalhealth services (CSB), school counseling, and community outreach

programs in the U.S. and abroad. I hold dual master’s degrees in Family Counseling

(M.A.) and School Counseling (M.A.).

If you’re looking for a therapist who is warm, direct, culturally aware, and committed to

helping you grow, I would be honored to support you. Feel free to reach out for a

consultation.
