Ashley Smith, MSFP

Hi! My name is Ashley. I hold a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology and am currently completing my Master of Social Work. I’m passionate about supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges with care that is compassionate, thoughtful, and tailored to each person’s unique story. My work centers on providing comprehensive clinical evaluations and therapeutic support using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach that honors where you’ve been while focusing on where you want to go.
I integrate evidence-based practices with practical, solution-focused strategies to help clients navigate emotional challenges, family dynamics, and major life transitions. My background in both social work and forensic psychology allows me to look at the full picture—considering emotional, relational, and environmental factors—to better understand what’s getting in the way and how to move forward.
Above all, I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel truly heard, respected, and supported. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative and empowering, and my goal is to help you build clarity, confidence, and tools you can carry with you beyond our sessions.
When I am not working, I enjoy being outdoors with my husband and children and also love crocheting. Thank you for much for taking the time to learn about me and I am looking forward to learning more about you! You don’t have to navigate this alone, and I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey. Can't wait to meet you!
Ashley is under clinical supervision, working toward independent licensure in compliance with Georgia state licensing requirements.
