Therapist
Hello, my name is Chloie Eberhard, and I am a therapist dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with themselves and move through life with greater clarity, steadiness, and intention.
Many of the individuals I work with feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from themselves—even when things may appear “fine” on the outside. Others feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, unsure of how to move forward, or disconnected from who they truly are.
Life is full of movement—seasons of growth, challenge, transition, and uncertainty. While we cannot avoid the stressors that come with being human, we can learn how to move through them with greater awareness and intention. Therapy is not about eliminating discomfort, but about deepening your relationship with yourself so you can navigate life in a way that feels more grounded and aligned.
As human beings, we are inherently complex. We carry thoughts, emotions, instincts, and lived experiences that shape how we see ourselves and the world around us. At times, these parts can feel overwhelming, disconnected, or even in conflict. Together, we will explore these layers—bringing awareness to who you are, how you show up, and how you want to move forward.
I help adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and challenges related to self-esteem and identity. Some clients come to therapy seeking relief from emotional overwhelm, while others are looking to better understand themselves—how they think, feel, relate to others, and move through the world.
My approach to counseling is integrative and eclectic, allowing therapy to be tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), while also incorporating mindfulness practices such as meditation, body scans, and techniques that support nervous system regulation and the mind–body connection. I believe that healing occurs when both the mind and body are honored, and this philosophy guides the way I support each client.
I view therapy as a collaborative and intentional process. Healing is learning how to live this life in a way that honors both yourself and your relationships—holding boundaries, offering compassion inward and outward, and finding a sense of steadiness within. It is about becoming more connected and unified within yourself so that you can move forward with clarity, authenticity, and care.
I am currently under the clinical supervision of Laura Wagar, MS, LPC, CPCS, NCC, RRT-CP, CES1, and remain committed to ongoing growth, learning, and providing ethical, high-quality care.
