Natalie Sibani, MA

Hi! I am so glad you are here!
My name is Natalie and I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Kentucky. I am passionate about supporting individuals as they work toward becoming their most authentic selves. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” people, but about helping them reconnect with who they truly are beneath stress, expectations, and life’s challenges.
I work with children, teens, and young adults from all backgrounds and belief systems, and my passion lies in helping clients feel seen, understood, and empowered. I strive to create a space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences safely, at their own pace. All the while building skills and insight that support long-term growth.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients better understand their thought patterns, how to regulate emotions, and develop healthier relationships with themselves and others. I value collaboration and believe that clients are the experts of their own lives. My role is to walk alongside them with guidance, curiosity, and compassion.
As a therapist, I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating. So, I work hard to create a space that feels comfortable and supportive. I believe growth happens in small, intentional steps, and I enjoy helping clients recognize progress they may not yet see in themselves. I will see you in the schools in Forsyth County as well as our office.
I am looking forward to working with you!
Natalie is clinically supervised, working toward independent licensure in compliance with Georgia state licensing requirements.
