Martha Mtabo

Hey! My name is Martha and I’m an Associate Therapist with Therapeutic Impressions. I am so grateful for the opportunity to be on this journey with you. I’m passionate about walking alongside my clients in their process of growth and healing.

I use Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) mostly, with mixing in other supportive modalities as needed to create a safe, supportive space where my clients can explore challenges, gain new perspectives, and develop practical coping skills. I enjoy working with adolescents through adults and also currently provide therapy in middle and high schools in Forsyth County. I’m pursuing my Master of Social Work at Walden University and look forward to graduating in 2026.

Outside of my work, I love traveling, hiking, and diving into all things Marvel—I’m a huge fan of superhero stories! I'm really looking forward to hearing more about you and how I can help!
