Julianne Abboud, MFT

Hi! I am Julianne Abboud, MFT.
Are you ready to break free from old patterns and discover what secure, connected love can truly feel like? You deserve relationships that feel safe, steady, and real — let’s begin that journey together.
I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate the complexities of their emotional and relational challenges. I use approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Attachment-Based Therapy, which help uncover patterns in your relationships and emotions, so you can feel understood, connected, and supported. I believe that focusing on the mind, body, and soul can help transform your perspective on life. We’ll explore your emotional patterns, strengthen your connections, and create space for growth and healing—helping you feel more empowered in your life and relationships.
As someone from a Hispanic background, I understand the courage it takes to seek therapy, especially if you’re the first in your family. I honor and integrate your cultural experiences into our work together. I also work in the school system in Forsyth County and enjoy working with kids in their environment and partnering with the community to aid in the student's growth!
Looking forward to working with you!
