Hello!

​

I am Sarah Swann, LMSW. I received my Master of Social Work degree from the

University of Georgia in 2026. I earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Human

Services with the University of Phoenix in 2026. Presently, I am a licensed master social

worker, practicing under clinical supervision.

​

My experience over the past 10 years has been working primarily with families and

children. I especially have a passion for working with adolescents, young adults, and

individuals navigating trauma, grief, relationships, self-esteem, and the many challenges

that can arise throughout life stages and transitions.

​

I am passionate about creating a safe space for connection, understanding, and

acceptance. My approach to therapeutic dynamics is through compassion, collaborative

relationships, and a trust-based environment. I believe that you are the expert on your

own life; my role is to walk alongside you as you navigate your path. I find value in

tailoring client-specific needs, goals, and strengths with an evidence-based practice

approach.

I believe that therapy does not mean everything will be figured out; it’s the willingness to

sit with support alongside the hard moments and help the client to recognize their own

strengths along the way.
