Hey! I am Latitia and I am so glad you are here and look forward to working with you! I have my masters in mental health science and have worked with all generations. I have more than 4 years of experience in mental health, including substance use. I love poetry and dancing, taping into mental healing and physical healing! ​

Our emotions drive how we perform, interact and be! And this is a huge part of our lives. I want to guide you on the journey to becoming the master and protector of your EUDEMONIA! Eudemonia is your happiness or well-being. Let's work together towards a healthy well-being and towards helping you to live a life that you desire, incorporating mind, body and spirit!

I am passionate about helping motivated individuals gain the necessary tools and skills to revamp their lives. Whether you are dealing with anxiety and depression, struggling with your family dynamics or in need of coping with trauma from your past, I am here to listen and help. I work closely with those dealing with various substances and loved ones that are coping with the stressors of addiction, too. ​

My favorite modality is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); a lot can change by transforming our mindset! However, I still understand not just one modality fits all and that an integrative approach is essential. As we collaborate, you’ll gain insight to the essential qualities needed to flourish in your Eudemonia. I am so glad you are here today and can't wait to learn more about you and how I can help!
