Hey! So nice to meet you!

 

I am Nicola Karesh; I have my MA in Counselor Education from University of South Florida and myBA in Psychology and Spanish (minor in French) from The University of Tampa.

I am originally from Kingston, Jamaica and a proud mother of two. My 24 year old daughter is a Duke graduate and my 21 year old son is a Marine Corps vet. Also, I am a mom to two 13-year-old Russian Blue cats, a few fish, a backyard full of squirrels and birds!

My passions are creative projects and events, performance art, music, reading, writing and poetry. I truly aspire to make a difference in my corner of the world. I enjoy inclusivity, bringing ideas together in authentic ways, speaking from the heart and inspiring others to do the same.
 

I am excited to work with a variety of clients, but mostly young people who others may view as outside the box, quirky, misfits, alternative, marching to the beat of their own drum, special, on the spectrum. I look for the positives in people, clear or untapped strengths, or some way to connect with them in a purposeful way.
