I am Mary Kate Veal (she/her) and I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor with several years of clinical experience.

 

My approach to counseling is a collaborative, integrative approach incorporating multiple theories to assist clients with working towards goals that truly matter to them. I am trauma-informed and work with many clinical issues including anxiety, depression, phase of life concerns, and executive functioning/time management.

 

When working with you, I try to balance the emotional processing involved in therapy with the practical skill-building needed for everyday life. Outside of the office, I enjoy baking, crafting, and playing with my munchkin cat, Boo.
